Return Policy
Due to the unique and vintage nature of The Luxe Project’s items, returns will not be accepted if the issue stems from the fabrics age (this can include marks, small tears or loose stitching). Please also take note of bag dimensions, strap length, internals etc as returns will not be accepted for "change of mind" purchases.

If you are unsure of an aspect of any specific product, please contact us for further information/pictures prior to purchasing.

By purchasing products from The Luxe Project, you understand that our items are one of a kind and made with predominately vintage materials. As a result, any minor imperfections or surface wear are indicative of the fabric’s age and should be treated as part of its rich history.

If any other issues arise regarding the quality of craftsmanship or damage, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss refunds or exchanges.

Returns can only be accepted if dispatched within 4 days of receiving the item and must be returned in the same condition it was received.  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and will be made within 3 weeks of the products return.

Note: The Luxe Project will not accept the return of any sale or “Last Chance” items.

The Luxe Project offers shipping world-wide via Australia Post (trackable).

Items are generally dispatched within 3 days of purchase, however if a delay arises, you will be notified.

Once items have been dispatched and confirmation has been received by the customer, The Luxe Project holds no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit – in this case we suggest you contact your local shipping provider for further information.

International customers are responsible for any additional custom or duty fees that may apply.
